Why it took five days for them to report the death of a German national?
The incident happened at the house of Mary Ann Ban Alcantara, 35, single at Purok 1, Barangay Libacao, Himamaylan City at about 11:30 in the evening on June 14.
But a police report disclosed that it was only reported to Himamaylan City Police on June 19, 2018 at 1:41 p.m.
Police Chief Inspector Antonio Benitez, Jr., Himamaylan PNP police chief identified the victim as Hans Joachim Albert Oehler, 67, widower and resident of 80687 Munchen Wilhelm-Riehl-STR 12, Germany.
