The tandem of former Himamaylan vice mayor Raymund Tongson and councilor Justin Gatuslao said they will win in next year’s mid-term elections especially that they got an endorsement from Governor Alfredo Marañon Jr.
Tongson in a press conference Tuesday said the support of Marañon is big help for their cause in the southern city.
Tongson will run for mayor while Gatuslao for vice mayor.
“We need to maximize the full potential of Himamaylan being a city,” Tongson pointed out.
