Three persons were arrested and confiscated with firearms and vehicle in a buy bust operation 8 a.m. Sunday at Sitio Mambalayong, Barangay Mahalang, Himamaylan City.
Arrested were Rocky Boy Agoyong, 37, married, of Barangay 1, Kabankalan City; Anthony Germiniano, 31 and John Nueva España, 50, electrician, both of Barangay Su-ay, Himamaylan.
Confiscated from them were five big and one elongated sachets of “shabu” worth about P100, 000.00 and other drug paraphernalia.
Also confiscated by police was one homemade shotgun with two live bullets.
