A fugitive for 17 long years was nabbed by joint elements of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Bacolod, Negros Occidental Public Safety Company and Himamaylan City PNP in Sitio Kahubas, Barangay Buenavista in Himamaylan City around 6:55 p.m,. Tuesday.
Inspector Renoli Bagayao of CIDG identified the suspect as Armando Moreno Española, alias “Bordeg”, 50, who resides in the hinterland barangay of Himamaylan City.
