Himamaylan City police operatives who are conducting checkpoint to intercept a stabbing suspect, has instead arrested a suspicious looking person and confiscated shabu at the national road of Sitio Luguay in Barangay Caradio-an, Himamaylan City around 1:30 a.m., Tuesday.
Police identified the suspect as Vincent Aricaya Gemotea, 20, single, resident of Purok 8 in Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City.
