A man who created alarm and scandal by randomly aiming his firearm in Purok 3, Barangay 4, Himamaylan City was arrested and detained at police station and charged with violation of RA 10591.
Chief Inspector Antonio Benitez arrested Herman De La Cruz Encelencia, of legal age, resident of the place.
He was creating alarm and scandal around 4:05 p.m. Tuesday at the place prompting residents to call the police.
Upon seeing the authorities, he turned over one homemade .357 Smith and Wesson loaded with five live bullets.
