The newly born twin of a couple died for alleged lack of responsible personnel of a district hospital in Himamaylan City to perform birthing to the mother last July 24.
Robert Caagoy, 30, of Sitio Calansi, Barangay Mambagaton, Himamaylan City said his pregnant wife Rosemarie, 23 is set to give birth to their first born, a twin at Gov. Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial District Hospital.
But when they arrived about 10pm, there was no assigned physician to attend to them.
